Billing & Payment Policies
At Envision 20/20 Association, we strive to make the billing process as straightforward and transparent as possible. Our billing team is here to help you understand your insurance benefits and any out-of-pocket costs you may incur.
- Co-pays are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
- Deductibles must be met before insurance coverage applies. Our staff will verify your benefits prior to your appointment.
- Insurance claims will be filed on your behalf. You are responsible for any remaining balance after insurance payment.
- Payment plans are available for patients without insurance or those with significant out-of-pocket expenses.
- Please bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID to every appointment.
